How much does an ESA letter cost in Texas?
Our ESA letter is $129 and covers up to two pets; households with three or more pets pay a flat $199. Psychiatric service dog (PSD) letters are $149 for up to two dogs, or $229 for up to three. You are charged only after the clinician approves your letter.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the complete price for your evaluation and letter. There are no registration fees, certificate fees, or recurring charges of any kind.
Do ESA letters expire?
Your letter is valid for a full 12 months. Most landlords prefer documentation dated within the past year, so we recommend a brief renewal evaluation annually.
